These Terms set forth the legally binding terms for your use of the Services whether you are simply a “Visitor” (which means you are just browsing the Services), or an “Authorized User”, which means you have registered to use them, or a “Subscriber”, which means you have a premium access account, for which we may charge an access fee. Collectively, Visitors, Authorized Users and Subscribers are referred to as “Users” or individually as a “User” or “you”. THESE TERMS INCLUDE A CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND A WAIVER OF JURY TRIALS, AND REQUIRE BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE MOST DISPUTES.
THESE TERMS LIMIT THE REMEDIES THAT MAY BE AVAILABLE TO YOU IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE.

If we need to change these Terms at some point in the future, we’ll post the modified Terms of Service Agreement on this Site and update the Effective Date of the policy to reflect the date of the changes.
